Looked at the carpet that they had accidentally stained and said to me quite honestly, we cannot clean it as the stain was quite bad. They then decided to give me a statement which said, the carpet cannot be cleaned at it is a natural fibre. This was really good service as they took so much trouble to fix their mistake. The insurance will now be able to pay for the new carpet. I really appreciated their honesty and hard work. They have an amazing customer service. Very respectful and considerate. I had 4seasons clean come to my house by luck and have always gone to them whenever I need my carpet cleaned or even just freshened up. Not only is the cleaning done to a high standard with attention to detail but whenever they come to my house they show complete professionalism and etiquette, always say hello to my dog and my family. He offer great advice for carpet care and he has brilliant knowledge of carpets and rugs. I would recommend to everyone and I would not have anyone else in my home for carpet and upholstery care. And to add, the scent from the cleaning solutions is beautiful, no harsh chemical smell and from talking with them I have come to understand that the combination of hot water cleaning and a quality vacuum is why the carpet dries really quick. Shahab and Maysam responded to my request for common area staircase and hallway cleaning, a bedroom and a lounge together with a hallway entrance. They arrived on time, have to be amongst the most polite contractors I have ever worked, with and returned our carpets back in to a healthy, clean state. ‘Merci’ to you both very much.
