Very respectful and considerate. I had 4seasons clean come to my house by luck and have always gone to them whenever I need my carpet cleaned or even just freshened up. Not only is the cleaning done to a high standard with attention to detail but whenever they come to my house they show complete professionalism and etiquette, always say hello to my dog and my family. He offer great advice for carpet care and he has brilliant knowledge of carpets and rugs. I would recommend to everyone and I would not have anyone else in my home for carpet and upholstery care. And to add, the scent from the cleaning solutions is beautiful, no harsh chemical smell and from talking with them I have come to understand that the combination of hot water cleaning and a quality vacuum is why the carpet dries really quick. Looked at the carpet that they had accidentally stained and said to me quite honestly, we cannot clean it as the stain was quite bad. They then decided to give me a statement which said, the carpet cannot be cleaned at it is a natural fibre. This was really good service as they took so much trouble to fix their mistake. The insurance will now be able to pay for the new carpet. I really appreciated their honesty and hard work. They have an amazing customer service. Shahab and Maysam responded to my request for common area staircase and hallway cleaning, a bedroom and a lounge together with a hallway entrance. They arrived on time, have to be amongst the most polite contractors I have ever worked, with and returned our carpets back in to a healthy, clean state. ‘Merci’ to you both very much. Also thanks for all the tips about how to treat future spills - word to the (newly) wise - rather leave a stain for even up to 2/3 days than use a product on it. Otherwise all they can do is "improve" the stain, more likely than not your detergent will have a bleach in it that will affect the fabric forever ~ Meg

My front hallway carpet and the stairs leading to the basement were dirty and stained in a way that my home rug shampooer could not fix. That and the dirt on the white wool rug in my living room led me to call 4 Seasons to the rescue. They were quick in responding, very competitive in pricing, and arrived right when they said they would. It did not take them long to remove all the dirt and stain and make both the rug and the carpeting look new. I will call for their help again. ~ Scott H

I had a few tough stains on my favourite carpet and I tried so hard to get rid of these stains. I even brought a few people in from different places they still didn’t manage to get rid of the stains. When I contacted 4 seasons Carpet Clean and they came and washed my carpets not only did they manage to get rid of the stains but all my carpets looked brand new and smelt so good. Used Sian twice now and the guy is a bit of a miracle worker! Both times I didn’t hold up much hope and both times he proved me wrong. Bear in mind I’ve tried myself and had other carpet companies in to try and no dice but Sian managed to pretty much eradicate the stains of, err, the puppy variety. Sian is great. Managed to remove 6 month old stain on stain runner. Also cleaned sitting room carpet which was left in bad condition, including glue, dried in wine and coffee!! Reasonably priced service and very responsive. I was contacted less than 24h after requesting a quote for a rug cleaning and offered a slot for the following day. They did a great job on our very soft fabric carpets in good time and it looked so good after! I also asked for a rug to be cleaned last minute and they did that well also. 4 Seasons Carpet Clean offered and excellent service at a very reasonable price, attending quickly and being professional in their work.
