Clients reviews about 4 Seasons Carpet Clean

Very respectful and considerate. I had 4seasons clean come to my house by luck and have always gone to them whenever I need my carpet cleaned or even just freshened up. Not only is the cleaning done to a high standard with attention to detail but whenever they come to my house they show complete professionalism and etiquette, always say hello to my dog and my family. He offer great advice for carpet care and he has brilliant knowledge of carpets and rugs. I would recommend to everyone and I would not have anyone else in my home for carpet and upholstery care. And to add, the scent from the cleaning solutions is beautiful, no harsh chemical smell and from talking with them I have come to understand that the combination of hot water cleaning and a quality vacuum is why the carpet dries really quick. A great company to have in my contacts list! ~ SimbaSoundPower

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish! The team was punctual, polite, and extremely professional. They transformed my carpets beyond my expectations—they now look fresh, spotless, and feel like new. Every stain and odour was removed, and the quality of their work was exceptional. It’s rare to find a company that combines excellent workmanship with such friendly customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality carpet cleaning. Five stars well deserved! ~ Umer A

Looked at the carpet that they had accidentally stained and said to me quite honestly, we cannot clean it as the stain was quite bad. They then decided to give me a statement which said, the carpet cannot be cleaned at it is a natural fibre. This was really good service as they took so much trouble to fix their mistake. The insurance will now be able to pay for the new carpet. I really appreciated their honesty and hard work. They have an amazing customer service. Thank you and i can highly recommend their company! ~ John W

Shahab and Maysam responded to my request for common area staircase and hallway cleaning, a bedroom and a lounge together with a hallway entrance. They arrived on time, have to be amongst the most polite contractors I have ever worked, with and returned our carpets back in to a healthy, clean state. ‘Merci’ to you both very much. The pictures shown of the hallway and staircase reflect a very different view of what they look like before the team of two worked on them. 🙏🏼. The water was blacker than Black! ~ Carl T

The team was super helpful and really professional. Not only did they manage to get new life out of our cat loved couch.... But our rugs look like new. Thank you so much for the excellent service - we will definitely be using you again. Also thanks for all the tips about how to treat future spills - word to the (newly) wise - rather leave a stain for even up to 2/3 days than use a product on it. Otherwise all they can do is "improve" the stain, more likely than not your detergent will have a bleach in it that will affect the fabric forever ~ Meg

Really great service! Communication was so easy and they replied to me within minutes. I needed the cleaning quite urgently and they managed to find a time for me, arrived exactly on time and did everything quickly and professionally. My carpets honestly look like new, as well as my sofa and armchair. They were also really lovely people and the prices were some of the best I’ve found in Central London. Very happy with everything and would definitely recommend! ~ Valentyna D

My front hallway carpet and the stairs leading to the basement were dirty and stained in a way that my home rug shampooer could not fix. Used Sian twice now and the guy is a bit of a miracle worker! Both times I didn’t hold up much hope and both times he proved me wrong. Bear in mind I’ve tried myself and had other carpet companies in to try and no dice but Sian managed to pretty much eradicate the stains of, err, the puppy variety. Also just to say he’s very polite and reliable person with good communication skills. Recommend! ~ Anna
